Clearly it's not, you certainly wouldn't want to be raped so why do you think it's ok to impose such a terrible thing on others? Yes you are following the scriptures but this says more about the scriptures than it does about rape.

Other than the bible saying it's true where's your proof? Surely you have a moral compass, surely you know that rape is wrong? You talk to a 16 year old girl and tell her that a blow job is blowing out candles on her birthday cake (see felicity's thread on the boy next door) whilst at the same time advocating rape!!!!!! Do you not see the hypocrisy in that? Does felicity know you're discussing her worth and her potential rape? Does she even know what that means.

The fact that you are actually promoting the rape of daughters is absolutely ridiculous. Apparently the bible doesn't allow for change in society? Rape may have been accepted back then (though I highly doubt it), but taking something that happened 2000 years ago and applying it to modern day living is atrocious. You obviously have little to no capacity for logical thought.

A girl is raped in a field and god punishes the rapist because of his actions. Wicked actions, furthermore the bible states "Though the wicked may succeed, their end is destruction". Clearly, your god does not condone rape.

Did you stop reading at verse 27 or something?

"For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her." Deuteronomy 22:17

You'll notice there are very specific conditions for when a rape isn't the girl's fault, such as she's in a field and cries out, but there isn't anybody around to protect her maidenflower.

And of course God doesn't condone rape (except in battles against heathens)! Why else do you think he'd punish the rapist by making them marry the woman?
