Re: What's better, hot or cold for removing gay germs?

Hi all I'm in the UK, and therefore quite accustomed to the use of sarcasm and heavy irony, but I've read through all this thread and really can't decide whether the views expressed are genuine!!

I'm sure you'll all understand that many other cultures and religions have adopted a policy of tolerance towards the gays. You must surely know that at least half of the world regards the general opinion of this thread to be more deeply evil and disturbing than any supposed 'satanic' threat.

I'm not here to threaten or dissuade that in any way, I'm just interested to find out more about this opinion-
Is it fully supported by the church?
How far would someone go to defend this principle?
Does it cause any problems when interacting with other social or religious groups?
Does it create an intentional barrier between persons of differing beliefs?
Is there any non-Biblical reasoning behind this view?
Can you think of anything at all which would be worse than being raped by a gay, and how should such a crime be punished?

Just for the record- I don''t believe in gays. I think they're just people with inherent psychological issues who don't feel able to justify themselves in society on their own. Joining 'the gay club' provides a get-out clause from society, enabling them to ignore their failures and allowing them to be defined by their new-found second identity, in the majority of cultures which automatically protect the gays, often by means of social non-interaction.

Also, what does the exploding muslim smiley mean?!

Thank you all for your time

Re: What's better, hot or cold for removing gay germs?

Hello Isaac, and welcome to our friendly forums! I'm not sure what you ended up suggesting about gay germs - hot or cold water?

      Thanks

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Do you think that the Holy Bible is a joke?

        So what?

What concerns us is God's opinion, not people's.

I'm not here to threaten or dissuade that in any way, I'm just interested to find out more about this opinion-
Is it fully supported by the church?
        Yes.

How far would someone go to defend this principle?
As far as laws allow us to.

Does it cause any problems when interacting with other social or religious groups?
        Not at all.

Does it create an intentional barrier between persons of differing beliefs?
Yes. It's the barrier between the Heaven-bound and the Hell-bound.

Is there any non-Biblical reasoning behind this view?
        I don't understand this question.

Can you think of anything at all which would be worse than being raped by a gay,
Being raped by a gang of lesbians.

and how should such a crime be punished?
Ideally, according to the Biblical law. In reality, according to laws of whatever land it would happen.

Just for the record- I don''t believe in gays. I think they're just people with inherent psychological issues who don't feel able to justify themselves in society on their own. That's a very accurate description. They are just mentally ill and in denial of their illness. What else could explain that they appear over and over again in every human society of the past and present, even in societies which persecute them?

Also, what does the exploding muslim smiley mean?!
Hello, never heard of any self exploding muslims before?

Thank you all for your time

Welcome to God’s favorite forum! Please start a thread in the introduction forum and tell us what church you attend, your favorite Bible verse and how you found Jesus.

I'm not here to threaten or dissuade that in any way, I'm just interested to find out more about this opinion-
Is it fully supported by the church?
It is God's opinion, and supported by every True Christian(tm).

How far would someone go to defend this principle?
As far as secular law allows. We are obliged to obey secular law (Rom 13:1-6).

Does it cause any problems when interacting with other social or religious groups?
Not really. God tells us to shun fellowship with unbelievers.

2 Cor 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

But we do face a lot of persecution because of God's views.

Does it create an intentional barrier between persons of differing beliefs?
          Not sure what you mean.

Is there any non-Biblical reasoning behind this view?
          Homosexuality is against nature.

Can you think of anything at all which would be worse than being raped by a gay,
          No.

and how should such a crime be punished?
Execution (Lev 20:13) and an eternity in hell.

Just for the record- I don''t believe in gays. I think they're just people with inherent psychological issues who don't feel able to justify themselves in society on their own. That's an interesting theory. Have you got any evidence to back it up?
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Re: What's better, hot or cold for removing gay germs?

            Hi

Thanks for your answers! They do seem to fit very neatly with the law, I'll interpret that as a suggestion that law is the limiting factor in the severity punishment

In reference to the hot/cold debate, as a former chef of 18 years I would always recommend a hot treatment to sterilize mail. If I were to take a salmonella-infected hamburger and freeze it then it could potentially still be infected after defrosting, it would only be relatively safe to eat after being fully cooked. I presume that 'gay plague' reacts in a similar manner and would recommend a domestic steam cleaning unit or a hot iron.

Out of interest, if God tells us to shun unbelievers then how will the church ever obtain new members?

My only evidence regarding my opinion of the gay disposition is that of third-party personal experience. As I mentioned, I used to be a chef in high grade hotels which are a haven for gay hospitality staff. Over the years it became clear that most of them were fearfully avoiding some past issue and using their gay persona to protect themselves in one way or another. Other than that it's just my own personal theory...

I do also believe that the UK government has proactively encouraged gayness among males by use of media and other, more secretive and suspicious methods, especially in the period 2000-2005 on TV. Does the US experience any pro-gay governmental initiatives?

And one more, just for fun and to help me understand the ethics here... Recently I broke my foot and spent several days unable to leave my house, for some unknown reason I started watching the boxing career of Prince Naseem Hamed on youtube and found it incredibly entertaining, until he came to America.... I had no previous interest in any kind of fighting but found him captivating to watch, however he is a devout muslim.... Is it wrong to find his work entertaining? Either way I do think it's hilarious that his last US fight was just a few months before the twin towers thing and he was making a huge deal about islam and all that shite before suffering his only defeat

And that's the exploding muslim thing I mentioned earlier, seemed appropriate there
