Then why do the parents of these God-cursed ones find them so hard to teach and instruct? They don't listen at all and they are selfish and impudent. God hates children who will not be taught (Proverbs 13:24; Deut. 21:18-21). When God denounces a certain group or type, it's for a reason. And with the retardeds of all varieties, it isn't hard to see that reason.

However, Down syndrome might be the result of a human being born without soul. The thick throat, malformed face, clumsiness and low IQ are all features of a soulless beast. Since they lack soul, you don't have to feel guilt if you're cruel to a mongo.

It took him until he was 21 to graduate high school, and he has to try so much harder at things, but he doesn't let that stop him. He even does numerouse bible studies with his preacher and helps out in the church. I commend his strength!

Does he realize that, according to his and his parents' faith (definition of faith: what they believe is true despite the lack of evidence), God has caused his condition due to sin, and can cure it instantly if He so wished?

This thread is about Down Syndrome, not autism. It may be that many of the "Down's type" of demon possessed persons have a self-focused world view: from Greek (auto) = he [autistic: he exists by himself (in a world of one)] same root as automatic [he (the gearbox) changes gear by himself] and these days we seem to have all sorts of different gearboxes, semi-automatic, self-changing manuals, CVT, the brochures get quite confusing but on the plus side, the colours are quite nice and there are some lovely upholstery fabrics available. I'm really sorry that you are having such trouble understanding the obvious fact that we follow the Bible (KJV1611) exactly as is written and that we don not sugar coat it so that it is more palatable (like so many so called modern churches who only care about getting people into church and not being true to God's Word(r)).

Think about it this way: time was when the political parties stood for a particular set of ideals and one could vote for them or not.

Today the parties adjust their message in a calculated attempt to catch as many floating voters as they can. They have swapped their principles for focus groups and points on the latest poll.

ALL forms of demon possession are a choice.

The Bible teaches us that these choices are often made by PARENTS or by GRANDPARENTS or by GREAT-GRANDPARENTS even to the tenth generation. Jesus is able to remove demons but otherwise these wretches are not permitted in places of worship. So-called "churches" where demon possessed individuals or curse recipients of various other types are admitted, cannot be following The Word Of God [it's been posted frequently throughout this thread]. You need to decide what word they actually do follow in that case.

God tells us that those who do not follow Jesus are against Jesus.
