Re: Down syndrome is a lifestyle choice!

This thread is about the "Down syndrome" (subject appears in the Title field above the reply you are typing, it's fairly easy to see; look for: Re: and what you see next is the thread title).
Although the type of demon which turns up after the choice has been made, in the case of Down "syndrome" is fairly easy to identify — why, even Hogarth could do so as we see in this scene of incarcerated demoniacs from "A Harlot's Progress" [note the middle figure in the group of three (centre, background)] — and although these wretches are described as having "autistic tendencies" to a greater or lesser degree, DOWN SYNDROME and AUTISM are two fifferent things.

Similarly in the cases of "schizophrenia" and "dementia" where Pick's "disease" (for example) may share many symptoms with schizophrenic "psychoses" and the two DEMONS as we know them to be from God's Inerrant Word may well be related in some way — who knows (or cares)? — but the topic for THIS thread is NOT autism or Pick's or psychosis is it.
Therefore I will not be posting any representations of those possessing demons from the perceptive pen of Hogarth (although there are some excellent examples set in Bedlam and Barts) and I'd encourage you to discuss your affliction with The Pastoral Team, perhaps inviting their guidance with an introductory post explaining how Jesus can help you (subject to your having sufficient faith).
But this thread is about something else.
