Exodus 23:25 - And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

That means that those who serve are healed of all sicknesses. Naturally, that means that only those who decide not to serve are plagued by diseases. QED - having any disease or disorder is a decision made by (lazy) people.

2 Chronicles 16:12-13
12 And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to the physicians.
