How many times does Jesus talk to you in person?

I think it's time for a poll on this. For me, he talks to me day and night. I sometimes think "can I just get some sleep Lord?" and feel ashamed the next millisecond (if such a thing exists).

He tells me when to whack people with my bullhorn, or when to beat my wife. Or how to reply to unsaved trash. PRAISE!!!

His voice is all over the place, and to the people who say I'm a lunatic: up yours.

So how many times does he talk to you, and what does he say?

He's omnipresent. I know He's always listening, but He only talks to me twice a day . . . during my prayer sessions. I shut myself in my prayer closet, get on my knees, turn off the light, and pray until I hear His sweet voice responding. Sometimes it takes hours, but usually just a few minutes.

How dare you call the Lord's Voice - sometimes I call it "His Master's Voice" - a "little voice".

He talks to me with a Manly voice, loud and clear, with a touch of small hall reverb.

Jesus speaks to me as I read the words of the heathens and atheists on this forum. He supplies the answers in that “still small voice of calm” which cuts through the godless jabber of the minions of satan.

Let me tell you MS VanHellsthing, when I read your post, Jesus said to me, Heb:2:3: How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Heb:2:4: God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

(I must admit that I was somewhat disturbed when the voice changed and added, “Have you got $1,000 for a Salvation Trip to Vegas?” but that turned out to be Nephew Zebulun who had just wandered into the room – I wish he’d knock first!)

It isn't so much a case of just hearing His voice. All the doubters and naysayers need to realise that. It is a deeper and far more resounding experience.
You don't just hear God's voice...you feel it.
Feel it deep inside .
It is different to usual hearing in the way normal human speech might be like tapping on a triangle or a cowbell, and God's words come in a way that's like the deep sonorous chime of a perfect bell.
There is a beauty to it that outshines any birdsong, crashing wave, or indeed any of His creations, because, well obviously he is the Creator and surpasses all.
No music can ever match God's voice, no matter what the rocknrollin, hiphopin, (c)rapin, house, garage, or whatever salesmen of sinful works try to tell us.
That voice reaches inside you and it is as if it touches your soul.
Which makes sense really.
I can feel God's voice when I pray, sometimes when I hunt, as he knows I am honing the skills I use in his service.
Our laws prevent me from keeping a military L96, that would be illegal here, but he is with me when I clean the civilian equivalents I do own.
Or when I clen the collection of important empty cartridge cases I kept to remind me of my work in his name.
His voice resounds in me when I see sinners on a city street with their painted faces, heathen body ink and barbarian pagan piercings.
I hear his condemnation when I see some slut in her painted false glory with her udders all jiggling about free and best part exposed , and her ass escaping from some belt short skirt that doesn't hide her indecent urges let alone her womanly areas.
I hear him when I hear some foul mouthed fallen youth uttering vile blasphemies and curses as if they are decent language,
or when some posing fool sets himself above good manners, the law or God's order , and he he earns a righteous buffeting from hands commanded by God to smite the unbeliever.
The non-believers will ridicule and try to say those voices we saved-ones talk about are like to the voices heard by schizos and psychos.
You're wrong,
we know the differences.
God's voice is deeper and more powerful , it doesn't babble like the many tones and voices in your satan seared minds. The voices of your madness do not bother us believers.
If you had heard Him, you would not ridicule what you don't know.
Even if any of us did hear voices that were the mad jibberjabbering you blasphemers hear, God's voice would just tell them to shut the heck up and drown them out with His ringing tone.

Jesus talks to me 'round the clock, 24/7. Sometimes I can't sleep. He doesn't always talk though, sometimes I'll see a sinner on the street and Jesus will send me a vision of a bloodied body on fire.

There can't be anything wrong in that Miss Maisie.
He created you and there are no secrets hidden from him, he sees all and knows all.
He sees your good heart and knows it beats as a heart of the deepest faith.
If there was anything wrong with God seeing you like that, well he would just look away.
Stands to reason , He is God , so he would know and sort it out.
If God decides to talk to you while in the shower , don't you worry about it.
If there was anything to be worried about God just wouldn't be doing it ,
would he ?

There are medications and electroshock treatments that can stop those voices you keep hearing. If those don't work, you could always have a lobotomy.
