I am so sorry, but there is no place I can put you in. The difference between a misogynistic and a Christian is, even if we consider women objects, we are not communists. Objects do not belong to everyone.
So you belong to your father and/or husband. Obeying God through obeying them is what you need in order to get saved.

I was reading through these posts out of curiosity and I am going to have agree with Xanax on this. Her points makes sense. I think the Bible makes it very clear that both men and women are equal in the sight of God. We even see how Jesus treated women throughout His life on earth. He treated them as equals.

I think discussion is good. But we should discuss this kind of topics in a civil and loving manner. Just my two cents

Part of a civil and loving manner is to use proof. If you are going to only use your opinion, then you are opening the door to uncivilized discussion.
Where does it say in the Bible that men and women are equal? How is that clear? Use the Bible to show us and we will start a nice and warm, cozy discussion with you.
Use only your opinion, and use it against our beliefs, and we will hear only a declaration of war.
