From what you have posted officer, she was not disturbing the peace. She firstly was not loud, screaming at the top of her lungs. She was not trying to incite violence, as she more then likely would not want to fight the janitor. As for unsettling of proper behavior, she is guaranteed the right to speak in a public place, the KKK do it all the time spouting off nigger every chance they get. So you sir did not have grounds to charge her with disturbing the peace.


Resisting arrest, I wasn't there and there's no way for me to obtain any video surveillance (if any). From what you said

She was clearly out of control and delusional, so I had to push her against the wall, pull her arms behind her back, cuff her, and take her into the station to cool off.

She was speaking to you, not shoving you or making any threatening gestures (such as a fist). So pushing her against a wall for being delusional, then cuffing her is not resisting arrest. Again you were wrong to do that.

As for destruction of public property, destruction means that it is in disrepair (say it would not be able to be used) or Graffiti (Meaning willful vandalism of property) Assuming she wasn't thinking "I'll she this cop! I'll track mud in!" This was also not destruction of property. What town / state did this occur in anyway?

Quite obviously, this little dyke's behavior certainly did fall under "unreasonable" and "offensive." I don't need you to lecture me on the law, kid.

All of the KKK members I have ever met have been nothing but respectful, decent, Christian folks. None of them would think of making such a public, anti-Christian spectacle. And yeah, she does have the right to speak in a public place, as in, "Hi, how are you today," but she doesn't have the right to spit on God's face in public, and she sure doesn't have the right to say the state doesn't have the right to set up plastic nativity scenes. Freedom of speech doesn't protect speech that is anti-American.

Exactly. She willfully tracked in mud. I didn't see her making any attempts to scrape it off her feet before entering the building!

You will still go bust people you feel are breaking laws, simply for the satisfaction of ruining their day. Like those homeless people you busted. As for my signature good sir. It is symbolic of 1 man versus' them all. You can take it as Christianity against the other religions in the world, or a struggle you may have had where it was you against the odds, rising above you own expectations. A creative mind isn't always a bad thing.

I post a picture of a lone Warrior fighting and rising above it all, and you call THAT gay? You have a backwards perception on life and what's fair and equal. Officer Don, You should tazed that miscreant 'lady'. A few days in the drunk tank would bring her back to her senses. I also think the Freehold Police Dept. travel fund should send you for a little one on on with this "Twisted Focus" person. A couple of hours in a deserted warehouse where no one will interrupt you providing a 'corrective guidance' session would do him wonders. I know my youngest son, Jeffy was a changed five year old after you worked onwith him.

No such thing as being under-aged and the law.

Officer Don does not abuse anyone, he is a professional member of the law enforcement community. As such, he has been known to reach out to the younger set to correct them of the errors of the ways before it is too late.

It is people like you that assume the worst that really burn my bacon. My own experience is that those that assume the worst like you do, often have done and will continue to do the unbearably unimaginable.

Got a call to the southeast side this evening. It seems a group of kids from Landover Baptist junior high went caroling in some of the unsaved neighborhoods, and some satanist homosexuals called the police.

I got to the scene and wasn't even sure I was in the right place. The house was decorated with bright, twinkling Christmas lights, there were wreaths on the windows, garlands on the porch, and a plastic nativity scene on the lawn.

I knocked on the door with the end of my flashlight and a rather unsavory individual answered.

"What seems to be the problem, ma'am?" I asked.

She responded, "A group of kids and a couple of teachers were caroling at my door about half an hour ago."

I wasn't seeing the problem.

She continued, "Well it wasn't so bad when they were singing, but they dropped a box of these stupid little Christian comic tracts on my porch. I told them thanks for the carols but I had no use for the propaganda. 15 minutes later I looked out the window and they had decorated my entire front lawn and house!"

"And?" I asked.

"I want them to take all this stuff down! I'm Jewish!"

"You're a Christ killer?" I asked.

At this point I tuned out her screechy nasal-voice and told her I'd drive down the street and talk to the group, who were a block away at this point.

I rolled up to the junior high group, and respectfully waited for them to finish their rendition of "Joy to the World."

I pulled aside one of the teachers, and she confirmed that they had indeed decorated the heathen's house, and that they had a school bus on patrol, loaded with decorations for all the unsaved homes in the neighborhood.

This was one of the most creative and loving uses of city property I had ever seen.

I was so pleased that I called in a couple of extra units to go along with the carolers, and handle any objections from people who didn't want Christmas decorations on their homes. I even helped out a little myself. Jesus IS the reason for the season.
