I came here expecting to find a bunch of fanaticals who would try to convert me, as you say I do already have my answers but another person's point of view never goes amiss.

I would have been much more respectful and polite had you first been the same way to me.

It is in my nature to go against the grain and generally well.. ask questions. Be willing to answer them.

Bobby joe bringing up Pascal's wager was an example of this, I would recommend more of this.

Back on topic however. I think you people need to understand that maybe you aren't always correct. I mean lets be realistic. If I ask you something and you say an answer. Then someone else who has been observing comes along and arguments that this and that isn't correct.

Well the only way to have a proper debate is with sources and proper language/arguments.

and yes Pascal's wager would show that christianity is a better choice if the other option was nothing, but what about if say another religion is correct. Say Islam was infact the true religion.

That is were the Transcendental Argument for the existence God comes in. God is the most perfect thing we can imagine. Therefore God exists. Logically His boob; the KIJV1611 Bible is perfect too. Since TRUE Christians(tm) and TRUE Christians(tm) only follow The KJV1611 Bible only TRUE Christians(tm) are the TRUE religion.

Simply, the best way to go is to follow God's word. In doing so, you will have a life of happiness, and your afterlife will not be spent in a pit of fire for all of eternity.

Pascal's Wager, just going from memory, is of the consequences of believing or not believing. The consequences of believing would be that perhaps some activities, which are not condoned by God's word, would not be available to you. The consequences for not believing are that, as a trade-off for some un-Christian activities, you would spend your afterlife in Hell.

Perhaps, change the subject about to something you personally care about. You came off flippant and with an attitude. You were responded to in kind. Had you read the forum rules, you would know you broke most of them. You acted like a little spoiled kid. We have little tolerance for that kind of behavior. This is not 4Chan.
