shes 2 years old, all she wants to do is eat, sleep, dance and spin in circles if she can find the time.

She goes to bed when me and my wife say, she tidies up her toys when we ask. Shes very well behaved.

She hasnt quite got the hang of the hoover yet, it is twice her size, and she cant reach the taps of the sink yet so the washing up is a no-go.

... she does help hang the washing out however........

Caboose, I respect your quest to research our views and the Bible, but if you want your paper to have merit, you should be an objective observer. That means you have to document our views and present them in your paper so that other people can see what the Bible says.

You are going to get a lot more information out of people if you don't present yourself as hostile to their views. It's difficult expressing yourself freely if the other person keeps telling you your views stink.

I am holding back, i have been trawling through other threads and posts for views on particular subject matter.

i have not posted on anyother topic of discussion, as i said, i have a daughter, one of the 2 people i'd lay my life down for, i love them whole heartedly and would do anything to protect them from harm.

My views come into it however, and its a strong subject matter for me. I'm backing out of this thread now, i shall post no further.

Trooper is only that in your eyes. She may be a very well opinionated girl with good morals. Just because she doesn't have your ideals doesn't mean you should insult her on such a personal level.

However, Trooper has to understand, like i do. That you have your faith and beliefs, nothing is going to change that, unless jesus came to you personally and told you, that you were wrong.

And i have no faith, unless some holy diety came to me and showed me his godly talent.

Make mistake about it, so do we. I love my daughters almost as much as I love Jesus. But you are not only responsible of the physical well being of your children, you are also responsible for the well being of their immortal soul. Sometimes it hurts when your little girl is crying because of a beating, but it is always important to remember that it is for a good cause.

Its beyond saving, bare that in mind, i do not, and will not, ever believe in a relegion myself. I have no problem with others or relegion itself. Its just... well its not for me.

My daughter learns right from wrong through material items. If she does somthing wrong, the thing she was playing with, gets taken away. She cries for 5 minuites, then show her why. Shes a smart kid and she understands. Shes already stopped writing with crayon on my Vivariums. she only writes on paper from her box now. No beating involved.

if she wishes to believe in relegion, that is her choice. I shall not influence it.
But out of the love for my daughter, if i ever found out he was mistreating her, through religion or not, then... well lets face it, he would be meeting his maker sooner than he thought.

Your question has a conflict. Either they are treated according to the Bible or they are treated bad. It cannot be both at the same time. If one of my sons in law treats one of my daughters bad, he is in serious trouble. It happened once and I assure you the chances of it happening again are very small. It took him months to recover.
