Your inner voice is trying to help you understand the truth that I offer, but as it goes against everything you have been brainwashed to believe, let that inner voice speak, listen to it, let your subconscious guide you from dark cave you are in, towards the truth, leave the cave, stop watching the shadows and that voice will help you escape into the light.

Race cakes will leave you short of so many things your body needs, now a good Pasta or Noodle dish with a good mix of ingredients will cover most of the basis.

Yep, been feeling really great, the wife and I are going to make a concerted effort here in the next month to produce another son (in addition to the two I have now).
