Last time I checked, you were all Christians, not devil worshippers. Devil worshippers sacrifice animals, God doesn't want you to harm any living creature. That's in the bible too, you know? Animals are NOT ours to eat, wear, experiment on or use for entertainment. You are all committing a CRIME called ANIMAL ABUSE. And for this foolish act you say you are doing to gain money for Christ, it is WRONG. Christ does not need money where he is. There are no riches to buy in Heaven. So, don't use that excuse. What're you doing with that other 70%, huh? Using it for yourself. You are greedy, and that is one of the seven deadly sins. You better pray for forgiveness, because so far you are going to Hell. Why don't you stop acting like a superior being for once and realize all creatures have feelings and deserve rights. You are just a greedy little rat, like the rest of humanity. I hope you are later arrested or fined for this horrible crime. And I hope your sister finds out exactly where you are taking these animals. You can't even give her shelter some money. They're everywhere brother. They're even weaseling their way into the AKC trying to stop us from docking tails, cropping ears, and removing dew claws. Nobody seems to care that these minor discomforts are nothing compared to a broken tail, a torn ear or a torn dew claw.

I had recently heard that, Sister, but thought it wasn't serious. Have they been gaining voting positions in the organization or something?

I can understand restricting cropping ears on dogs that won't be used for hunting -- for example, a Doberman that is going to be a house pet needs not to have his ears cropped. I've seen it done, all 10 stitches on each ear, weeks to heal, etc., and it's usually for purely cosmetic purposes.

But NOT cropping tails and clipping dew claws amounts to animal cruelty in many cases! As you mentioned, tails are often fine-boned and easily broken (and then must be surgically removed from an adult dog, a very painful procedure), and dew claws can catch and tear open a foreleg, requiring stitches.

Of course, PETA would rather destroy the AKC entirely, and make it illegal for humans to own animals.

I am not sure why you resurrected a thread that is barely older than you are, but I'd like to offer you some facts: Brother Titus Templeton is a True Christian(TM). So am I. This makes my trust in him complete. I need not check out everything he does because I know Christ guides his every step. That is why just today I am pledging to find a stray puppy every month for the next year and ensure that it is delivered for the purpose of these delightful videos.

I don't have to watch one to know that it glorifies God. If it did not, the dear brother would not be involved.
