Have a look at this. In the 4000 years from the Creation to the Birth of Christ, The Lord, in His Mercy, Wisdom and Compassion, removed over 2.7Million sinners from the face of the earth and cast them into the Pits of Hell for all eternity.

Looked at statistically, this is a little over 18½ a day.

I have done a cursory search of the archives of Landover Baptist from its founding in 1620, and can find no record of a True Christian™ ever having been killed by God. The lesson is clear...
