    Interestingly, Sean Connery was already in Hell before he died--the personal hell that comes from everyone knowing that you starred in Zardoz.

            Gay lovers quarrel, obviously. He's lucky he's in Hell right now, and not being tortured in the Lubyanka before being sent to Hell. It won't be long now before Mr. Putin (runner up leader of the free world) institutes Biblical law on fags (Leviticus 20:13). They're almost there.

                      Unless someone has heard any information suggesting he turned his life over to Jesus, I'm going to assume that he is burning in Hell right now.


                      I must say, with all the upheaval lately and the various annoyances buzzing about, it's a great comfort to me to know that God is in His Heaven and still sending famous people to Hell.


                      Yes, yes, He sends the obscure there as well. But when He does it to a famous person it adds to His Glory in a particular way. It's an object lesson that fame and success aren't flame-proof.

                        British "actress" Barbara Windsor has finally, at the age of 83, been consigned to the care home of Satan. Given her ample frontage, she is probably still only half way through the gates.

                            Of course, as she died of the Alzheimer's that would mean that she no longer knew who Jesus was. As hard as it may seem, this would preclude her from eternal rest in Heaven.

                            An interesting case... I may write a sermon on this.

                              Somebody named Chuck Yeager died sometime last week. There were cartoons all over the place showing airplanes and rocket ships zooming through the Pearly Gates. (Apparently, the guy was some sort of pilot.)

                              Well, I checked out a biographical website on him. It was long and boring and the name of Jesus was mentioned nowhere. So, I think we know where any jet airplanes piloted by this fellow ended up.


                              The only decent thing he seems to have done was appear in a campaign ad for George H.W. Bush. Of course, that Bush pretty much turned out to be a RINO, but it is possible that Yeager was tricked on that score like countless other Americans. Still, the man helped defeat Dukakis.


                              That was entirely necessary. . . but also ridiculously easy.
