I can honestly say, (IN THEORY...I NEVER TRIED THIS OUT) that when you are in an amorous mood and the female is being very withholding, that if you try to penetrate her, there is too much of a struggle. You start to hold her down, but she'll try to scratch you and kick you with her legs...that hurts. Hell, you'll get a terrible bruise all down your cheek so purple your friends will tease you the next day and say "Hey Jim, get knocked out the other day in a boxing match? HA HA".

No, a woman that resists rape WILL RESIST. She'll fight back, she'll claw. SHE WILL NOT LET YOU ACCESS HER LADYPARTS.

Thus, it stands to reason that any man who can access a woman's ladyparts was let in willing. If it was REALLY rape, the woman would've fought back so hard the man wouldn't have been able to perform the act. That is my point. I've seen this happen ALOT (to other people).

Given the delay these days on actually getting on with the business of betrothing your damn virgins the germane point is the not crying out. Yeah they cry like babies later but God wouldn't make the distinction with a death penalty dependent on it if it was that hard to make a bit of noise?

Fair enough, if she's not betrothed we already know the rapist ought to cough up some cash to the father and marry her but do we see any sort of fair attitude in today's society where the rapist bears all the guilt? She didn't cry out; she wanted it. And God's clear on what should happen next.

The only women that get raped are the ones that dress as whores and spend time in places flaunting themselves, literally begging to be raped. I fail to see why our tax dollars should support their wanton behavior.

The liberal media would claim that I was forcibly raped, but when I became pregnant, it's obvious that I wanted it, right? I never ever considered having an abortion and there is never an excuse for one. Rape, incest, mother's age, mother's health, just have the baby, we obviously were asking for the sex and wanted it!!! It's not possible to get pregnant from rape, so I must not have been raped! Praise Jesus!

Forcible genital-genital intercourse isn't really rape per se, since these organs, in a general sense, are still being used as God intended, and the "victims" are usually out looking for illicit sex anyway. It's not a violent act, although it may peripherally involve violence. True rape is directed at the anus and/or the mouth—organs not designed for penetration—and can even be consensual. Such acts do not result in pregnancy. Rep. Akin is correct.

It's a good job you got pregnant (aka consensual sex) otherwise not crying out loud enough to be heard would have become an issue (see Dueteronomy 22:23).

Frankly, getting a kid and an obviously hale and hearty manly man out of the deal means you are actually doing pretty well for yourself.

My understanding is that women never enjoy sex very much any way, if I'm any judge.

So it's not as if you are missing much.

Indeed. If you look at the medical images from this thread, you'll see how it is virtually impossible for a woman to become pregnant if she is legitimately raped.

Some rapes probably don't end in pregnancy because not all of the men decide to "release" inside the woman (just because it goes in doesn't mean automatic preggo.) Other women might wash it out or use birth control before pregnancy happens.

Faith Machine, my most sincere apologies. I got carried away and forgot my place.
