End Miranda

I have never liked Miranda Rights because criminals are criminals and police should do everything to they can to get a criminal to confess. I also think that innocent until proven guilty is another liebrul scam.

Thankfully our Godly Republicans and Joo with the most potential of becoming a True Christian Joe the Joo Lieberman wants to get rid of Miranda.

I hate liberals as much as the next guy, but I am not so sure about this one. It seems to me some kind of proof is required. E.g. people who notice that a Muslim is behaving suspiciously.

Numbers 35:30 "Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die."

Deuteronomy 19:15 "One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established."

Matthew 18:16 "But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established."

An idea I've had on this is that when someone turns 18, or immigrates here, they are videotaped being read their rights. And that is it. They are covered for the rest of their lives by that and the police do not have to waste their time having to do the Miranda thing because it can be proven in court that every one has already been Mirandized.



An idea I have had about cleaning up the criminal justice system might help too;

first time someone gets an actual (not suspended) jail sentence (assuming it is not for something serious) they can choose being given a pass on it if they sign off on all their subsequent criminal conduct being handled in an streamlined administrative system. No juries, damn little legal representation, and a Justice of the Peace type hard ass that can hand 50 cases a day, ranging from parking tickets to homicide.

Might have to build another 500,000 to 1,000,000 more prison berths, but the savings on the trials will underwrite that, and the rest of us save some serious $$$ on crime and lower insurance costs.

Personally I say bring back the chain gangs. There's no reason to be paying union rates for people to pick up trash along highways or to fill in potholes.

It would cut the costs to the counties down and keep the prisoners from comparing notes on how to be a better criminal. By the time they're put back in their cells they'd be too tired to bother doing anything other than sleep.

1. Did not Jesus say that we all fall short of perfection and that we are all sinners?
2. The police are very busy and the question to ask when anyone is arrested is, “If you’re not guilty, why did the police take an interest in you?”
3. There’s a lot of truth in the old saying, Q: “What do you call a nigra in a suit?” A: “The accused.”
4. If you’re innocent, what are you doing in court?
5. Oh yes, God is the final judge, but that’s rather like appealing the decision from the Supreme Court and in any case, you only get to be judged by God when you’re dead. So, if the Supreme Court decides the death sentence is warranted, you do have a final appeal after sentence.

MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!

I will concede to reading potential criminals are Nigras Miranda rights but with this warning: You have the right to remain silent but don't be surprised if you are on the receiving end of a crackling Taser or a rubber hose.

I would be interested in hearing Officer Don's ideas in interrogation.
