You have to love how Cooper just sits there and has no REAL American (as in Republican) facts to refute Rep. Berman. Clearly a tried and true (adoptive) Texan like Rep. Berman knows how to deal with a problem in a fair and balanced way when he sees it.

The constitution already requires the President to be a citizen, this seems like extra legislation - the courts should already require this.

I like how in the end Anderson Cooper puts down the blogger that the good Representative cites as if bloggers aren't as reputable as the lame-stream media.

ha ha ha ha ha Thanks Brother Gabe for posting one of my favorite videos. I can't tell you how many times I've watched it, just to see the deer-in-the-headlights look on Anderson Cooper's face, when he realizes that Rep. Berman has just pwned his butt (so to speak) and proven his irrelevant "facts" to be irrelevant. I guess I shouldn't gloat, but it's so great when one of God's chosen Republicans puts a LIEbrul in his place.

Republican Representative Berman simply wants what ever other patriot wants: Evidence Barack Obama was not born in the United States.

I sit and pray for a case like this to be brought in front of me in an open court of law.

If the Godly Representative Berman would see fit to file suit here in Iowa I would immendiately vote to hear the case.

Research in my law library revealed this: State v Coonski, 1986, 2nd Circuit, homunculi of the negroidal persuasion had no standing in something or other, which ex-officio made them defracto malfactors in whatever they where involved with.

My mind boggles and I salivate at the possibilities.
