There are moments where I knock at a door and no one opens. I try to open the door and it is not locked. Then sometimes i just walk inside. I stand there and just "feel". It just feels good standing in somewhere else's house and thinking this is the place where they pray and love, where the children play. Sometimes I take a little souvenir with me. Usually a family photo. Then I leave.

Re: What I love about going door to door and talking about Jesus
That's wonderful, Brother Titus. I like to take lots of pictures of the outside of the house, so I can remember who wasn't home.
I also go close to the back yard to see if they have a dog and what its disposition is. That tends to give me a feel of what kind of people they are.Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

Re: What I love about going door to door and talking about Jesus
I carry a flash drive with me for when I find an unlocked door. On it is a little program that auto-installs and runs as a background program on their computers. I upload it onto any desktop and laptop I find. The program works as a key logger and allows me to access their webcams remotely. This way I can get a feel for the family I'm dealing with by observing them in their natural habitat and their online activities.
I've also found that a good time to knock is between 3:30pm-5:15pm. The trusting children are often home from school but the parents haven't made it home from work yet. I even met one of my basement level maids this way.Psalm 137:9 Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.

Re: What I love about going door to door and talking about Jesus
The several times I have done this, I would let myself in the front door and look for a comfortable place to hide. Then during the night I would creep around the house watching them sleep, or even lie next to them on the bed. Sometimes I stayed for 2 days. It was pretty intense I can tell you.
These days I'm too old for it but I'm glad to see you younger guys keeping the wholesome Christian traditions going. If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.
