That's great news, Jimmy-Roy! I'm glad to hear that God is being so good to you.

Excellent news; after all, what are earthy riches in comparison to heavenly ones?

Congratulations on being freed from all material, worldly cares, Jimmy-Boy!

I bet you'll look really smart in your new uniform. (It's not a job that requires you to speak much, right?)

Re: Hi everybody its me again jimmy-roy

Brother Jimmy-Roy, I am sorry to hear about your recent financial misfortune, but remember that is no reason to stop sending us a steady stream of tithes! Let's look at one of my most favorite stories in all the Bible...

Mark 12:41 And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.
Mark 12:42 And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
Mark 12:43 And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
Mark 12:44 For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

When it comes right down to it, Jesus couldn't care less if you lost your trailer or not -- the church needs money! The Gospels warn us about being addicted to material things or wasting money on luxury items like food, clothing, rent, medicine for the children, etc.

So remember, even though that widow was dirt poor, she still gave everything she had and was blessed by the Lord. You just keep those tithes rolling in, dear boy, even if it's only a couple dollars every few weeks.

Remember, the Lord never gives us more than we can handle. Praise Him!
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.
