PLEASE HELP! Athiests want to Kill my Dog!!

Friends,

I'm having problems with my Athiest neighbors - They want to murder my dog! Yes, they are threatening to have my dog Samson put down! They informed me today they now have Lawyers involved, and are planning to take legal action against me. I really don't know what to do. Does anyone know my rights?

This all started on Monday, when Samson attacked and mauled the neighbor's 6 year old son. No doubt that little punk was doing something to provoke the dog. Anyways, the kid wasn't TOO badly hurt. Sure, he looked a bit of a mess when they carried him into the ambulance, but the wonders of plastic surgery will have him fixed up in no time. I really don't know what their problem is. I think they just want to persecute the local Christian, and want to use any method to hurt me.

Athiests are always doing stuff like this to provoke Christians, so it's obvious my dog is the victim here, not that ugly little kid. That kid was probably taunting him, the way athiests do. Maybe Samson recognised he was an athiest' kid, and saw him as a threat? I really don't know. I just know my Samson would never attack a Christian kid, so that little freak must've done something to deserve it.

Brother Percy, I understand your situation. There are cases where it's very easy to prove that a neighbor is provoking your pet. Usually it's helpful to video record the incidents of animal harassment before the dog attacks the neighbor, although how you are supposed to know that it is going to happen is beyond me.

There might be some legal issues involved here, so contacting your lawyer would be recommended. One question they will ask you is whether you have an adequate fence to contain your pet.

It's possible that you could be required to keep your dog on leash. The fine shouldn't be too steep, though, and you can always appeal it. Many fines are dismissed because Judges look favorably on pet owners.

He was probably poking my dog with sticks, or trying to touch it 'homosexually'. I just hope I get a good Christian Judge presiding over the case.

This is non-christian advice so if you find it "unholy" sorry.

If you know that when you first got the pet, it attacked people or done something that a dog would do when first encountering strangers, then the dog was simply on gaurd and attacked to tell the stupid 6 year old to back off.

Percy, If you find out that the child shouted at the dog or used his mouth excessivley. You may of found your answer

So, when that child opened it's mouth, it may off given a pretend growl to seem like he was playing with your dog, your dog though. It took no chances and attacked, If you say it touched it in homo places then the dog is right , so it was a dog doing it's duty.

the answer is simple find an unsaved person's dog who looks like your dog. Kill it and show the body to your neighbors.
