Also, I suppose I could be called goth by some people because the music I listen to, but if you saw me, you wouldnt think so. I wear khakis almost every day (different pairs that are clean), and only have a couple black shirts, mainly showing support for the marines

Uhhh...I don't even know where to begin with that picture. Ok...here goes...is that a guy or girl? If it's a guy then why are there pointed breast pieces on that outfit, implying feminism? Thirdly, is that sword compensating for something? That is more of a medieval costume, and less of a Gothic costume, so I'm not sure if the new generation of Goth kids even know the difference. I think kids nowadays just dress that way to feel accepted by other kids who dress that way. The Goth kids that I went to school with, actually had a sense of spirituality. It may not have been Christian, but at least they were on the right track and would have been an easy conversion if they chose to be saved. The Goths I see nowadays, are nothing more than common street punks dressed in Gothic garb. They'll beat you up and steal your money without provocation. Actually...come to think of it...that's pretty much the new generation. Thing is, is that the ones who do it in jeans and T-Shirts, aren't poseurs. The "Goths" that do it are. Why? Because Gothics, in spite of not being Christian, are supposed to be all loving and all embracing.

It's about the freedom to dress whatever you want, the fact that many dress in the same fashion is there own free choice. You could be dress yourself all white or even all colored and still be a Goth.

And again we get a list with stereotypes of whom very few are really correct. The Gothic society isn't that black and white (excuse the pun) and not all Goths are satanists, I myself am not a satanist so the statement of all Goths being satanists is pure idiotic. But how could you know as you have never even did a honest research into this subject?? The Gothic subculture is a complex mix between several styles of music and believes and with that I won't claim that there aren't any satanists, wiccans, sanguirians,... amongst this subculture but that doesn't give anyone the right to judge that everybody is like that in this subculture. My friends are all Goths and none of them are satanists, wiccans, and so on.

Futhermore, the site you mention is also very against people with a handicap, is this how a true Christian lives, didn't Jezus treated the disabled as his equal?? That website is just as bad as any Nazi or Neo-Nazi website.

Harharhar, nah, the opposite is more true I'm afraid. You don't need to drink blood or worship satan to be a Goth. Goth is a feeling and a way of life, it has little to do with religion to begin with. Goths go to parties, not to worship satan or the other stereotype stuff but to meet people who are like them and to have funny talks and in general just to have fun. People always want to seek more behind it then there really is.
