    How should I resist temptation?

I am trying very hard to change my unGodly hippie ways, but Satan is keeping a strong hold on me with his marijuana and rock n' roll music. I just can't seem to resist his unholy temptations!

I would really appreciate some good True Christian advice on resisting the false promises of Satan. Thank you and God bless.
Living the Godless, evil hippy lifestyle was fun, but now I have to reach out to the almighty loving Jesus, or risk being cast into the depths of hell on The Day of Judgement.

Re: How should I resist temptation?

I do read the Bible and I try my best to take all of it literally! It's just that I have been under the influence of Satan for such a long time that refusing his temptations is very difficult!

Is there some way I can completely erase all of the evil from my mind? I am open to any suggestions, including lobotomy.

You must cast aside the trappings of your evil ways. You must purge your body of all that is bad. Flush yourself with river water, eat no foods touched by man or woman for 99 days. Stare to the heavens, unwavering, unblinking all the while. You will have your slate wiped clean.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Thank you very much! I just stuck one in for thinking about playing some Grateful Dead. Now what about getting the admins to change my name back?

              To what?

And do you think you've proven yourself to not be a troll? Because when you've done so, the admins will be much more likely to consider changing your name.

And God would soon plauge you with tetanus. Don't harm yourself, that is nothing different than cutting yourself. ANd I'm sure God won't like that very much.

"Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things." (Genesis 9:3)

It's helped me through chemotherapy, and anyone who think that is wrong, please, keep it to yourselves.

But anyways, God put marijuana on this planet for a reason. Don't let these fools make you think it's just as wrong as most claim it to be. It's an untouched plant, and is something that is made with no human contact whatsoever. So it's just as clean as what Brother James Hutchins said about food, and not eating food touched by man for 99 days. It's the same as suicide if you went that length with no nutrition. Just more painful, and sickening.

I will probably get an infraction for this, but if I lose my right to say what I wish, I know who the real culprit is, and it's most definitely not God.

well i'm sure my way of thinking is not new. i am sure of it because there are many who would share a lot of my philosophy. there are also many who do not. when i was trolling your site i was really taken aback by the vile things i was reading. i came to bring the voice of reason which seems to be lacking.
