Will there be sex in Heaven?

but cannot find any reference to sex in Heaven?

An interesting question for sure.

There would not be procreation in heaven as the resulting children would be bore in heaven, not earth, per God's plan. And if there is no procreation in heaven why would there be need for sex ??


I recall Jesus addressing the topic of marriage in heaven, (sorry don't have chapter and verse handy, the kids are doing Bible drills with my KJV1611 right now) and it appears our existence in heaven and our relationships with each other at that time will be incomprehensible to us whilst we are still earthbound, and the question of marriage in heaven is thus moot.

So, no sex in heaven, and you won't miss it.

There is absolutely no sex in Heaven. Only True Christians™ go to Heaven. True Christians™ do not lust and know that sex is only for procreation. There is no need to procreate in heaven. Besides, you don't need sex or masturbation to get pleasure. In heaven, you get all of your pleasure from Jesus.

I am wondering. In the beginning of the bible it says, that after Adam and Eve tried the apple, they were ashamed of their nudeness and hid behind a tree, after which god threw them out of paradise.

Now, is heaven the same as paradise? Because if yes, being naked there would require you to become a new person, who hasn't 'tasted the apple'. I guess most christians wouldn't dare walk in public, would they? Especially those that are extra-true believers, right? So, how could they be naked in paradise? Wouldn't they be ashamed all the time?

And furthermore, if eating the apple is equal to loosing your innocence, the christians that will go to heaven already lost it since on earth, they are clearly ashamed to walk in public.

So, when you go to heaven, do you become a new human being and regain your innocence? I find that hard to believe, because after all when Adam and Eve actually ate the apple, god didn't take away what the apple did to them, after all, he chose to throw them out.

If you are naked all the time and always ashamed, heaven must be hell for christians. *evil grin*
