That "rusty old book" is the Bible. It's about the only proof we have of God, so of course we're going to quote from it. But whenever atheists complain that the Bible doesn't prove anything, I point them to creation. The Bible says proof of God's existence can be seen clearly in nature (Rom 1:18-32). So what's causing you deny to God's existence? Love of your sinful lifestyle?

We don't have to prove you wrong. Faith in God is the default position. The burden of proof is on you to disprove God's existence. If you can't disprove His existence, then we're right.

Ok, I don't know if you contain a brain or not, or if you're just refusing to actually properly read what I'm saying.

The Bible is written by people not 'God' PEOPLE, People who are just stating their opinion and in fact 'God' didn't write the Bible therefore you aren't truly following all of 'Gods's rules, he may actually like Left Handers, Who knows? That's because and as I said it is not written by 'God'. So stop being brain washed by a fake book and wake up to reality and see that you have been following in the footsteps of a group of people who in all honesty have no idea on what they're talking about and realise that Science as I have said many times, has proven Religion to be wrong. A few examples are that scientist have:

Proven the big bang to be the start of this Earth and not God

Scientist have proven handedness to be chosen by Nature and Science and not God himself

There where people roaming Earth before any religious figure.

So there are 3 good reasons to drop that Bible and realise that since religion started that it has been wrong and you can't refer to the Bible for proof of sins and what is and isn't wrong, as in reality that was someones opinion that a bunch of brainless people have followed.

Hopefully I manage to get somewhere with you lot of brainless and drooling life forms.

Normally I don't refer semiliterate types to a dictionary, they can't help it after all, but since I noticed the word Dictionary sail past a couple of times as I was deleting (the majority of) your post I thought I'd point out one or two common misconceptions.

Similarly, when claiming "science" you need to actually produce "science" because there is such a thing as pseudoscience and you need to demonstrate that you're not citing some of those ravings. Google is not science.

For example when checking out flood geology, no-one Googles stuff, they go outside and dig holes, or compare the deposits of coal around tree trunks BY LOOKING AT THEM. In that exmple, sure, the findings are published in a peer reviewed journal and you may cite that.

But the very essence of "science" is PROOF. If you say you don't need to prove anything, fine, but that means you neither have science nor know what it is.

Ok when I science, I mean the normal science like physics, biology, psychology etc, the ones that normal people use on a daily basis. What are you on about, seriously, I only said I didn't need science in that post because I had already referred to science in my last reply, before you respond read everything. I'm allowed to use science and who are you to say I don't have the know how to prove you wrong, refer to my IQ Level and there is sustainable principles to see that in actual fact I have the know how to prove you wrong.

The Bible was written by prophets and Apostles inspired by God. How can we be sure? The Bible tells us.

2 Tim 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Of course they didn't have any idea what they were talking about. They wrote down God's words, not their own. They wrote down things they couldn't possibly have known apart from divine revelation. Moses wrote about Creation 2,500 years after it happened. He wrote about the Flood 1,000 years after it happened. Creation science and Flood geology confirm the Genesis account 100%. The omniscience of the Author is evident on every page of the sacred Word.

We know that the evidence must be wrong, because it contradicts the Bible, which is infallible. Science is always changing. God's Word never changes. The Bible is not just someone's opinion; it is God's opinion, and that's the only opinion that matters.

Bishops did not write the Bible. Most of the Old Testament was written by prophets of Judah and Israel centuries before bishops even existed. Not even the most liberal scholar would claim the Old Testament was written by bishops. The books of the New Testament were written by Apostles, or perhaps in some cases by disciples of the Apostles (such as John Mark).
