And perhaps showing her with today's newspaper?

Re: Please Pray for Mistress Cookie
I'm just worried because many ladies including myself get very ill if out in the cold air (we are, after all, the weaker vessel) or in the car. She's been in both situations lately, and that worries me so. As for a camera, I'd love to see some new photos of her and also it'd be good to see some photos of her next to a landmark.

I don't understand why you'd be worried, and I'm even more mystified by your request that I purchase a camera. What ever for?

Re: Please Pray for Mistress Cookie
Can you stop by a CVS or some other little place and buy a camera? Surely, you can afford that, and if not, buy one and my husband and I will pay you back later. We are very worried about her!

Re: Please Pray for Mistress Cookie
Yes, I discovered this when I asked her to use the GPS on my smartphone as we sought the most expedient route back to Freehold from Stone Mountain.Originally posted by Cranky Old Man View PostWomen are completely incapable of reading maps. Did anyone allow her to wander off into the wilderness? Why was she allowed to leave town anyway?
Bless her heart, the Google Android proved too vexing for her to operate!
Anyway, it's just been a minor delay and I'm sure we'll all be home safe and sound before you know it!
And please, please, please tell the Department of Faith not to expend their valuable resources trying to track my phone, as there was a little incident with that device and I have therefore removed the battery.
Can't wait to see you all again real soon!
Yours in Christ,
FM and MC

Re: Please Pray for Mistress Cookie
Sister Elizabeth,
We've all spent so much time praying for Cookie that I am sure God is intervening as He always does. He remains on the throne just as sure as Cookie is likely somewhere kneeling in front of it.
Glory!

Please Pray for Mistress Cookie
Please join me in a 12 hour prayer vigil in our prayer closets for the safe return of Mistress Cookie, and all the money, time, and belongings Brother Des spent on getting her. While we haven't heard anything from her, I'm worried about our dear Mistress Cookie, and I hope that she will be back in Landover, where she belongs, NOT outside in the climate!!! She needs to be with godly people who can heal her there and help her (Dr. Niles is the first that comes to mind). Faith Machine, if you see this, please ensure she returns safely to Freehold within the next 24 hours, so additional damage to her frail health (the outdoors is not good for a lady's health -- she was meant to be indoors, cooking and cleaning) will be minimal! Remember Matthew 7:7 "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:"
Yours in Christ,
Elizabeth
