I'm praying that she and her parents come to Jesus, repent of their sins, and ask our Heavenly Healer to heal her, and to teach her fear of the Lord. To see a doctor unless they are a True Christian one, would be to spite in Baby Jesus' name.

Whatever her affliction is, God seems to have spared her from looking too different from other little girls, so at least she has that to be thankful for. Although her hair is just an abomination!

While I have trouble feeling empathetic for disabled/deformed people, they all have a purpose in life, and God created them for a reason. I wonder if she is a Christian? It's the only way she has a chance of getting into Heaven, though maybe the disabled sect, not where the normal Christians go.

I will pray that she doesn't spread this satanic disease.

That is true:

Exodus 4:11 And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?

Nevertheless, we should assume that she looks like that because of something awful her ancestors did:

Exodus 34:7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth [generation].

I wonder if she is a Christian?

Personally, I doubt it - I thins she'd be healed by now if she truly believed:

Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
