If he committed such a crime, why did they release him so quickly?
There was video of the incident. The poor defenseless Pastor was merely defending the Word of God®. For that, the heathens prosecuted him. But once the word was out, the evil regime had to release him.

I don't see why someone who follows a false religion and a false holy book should have any rights whatsoever, including smacking people on the head.

But again, it has to be pointed out that the Paster was performing a procedure intended to benefit the person. He didn't intend to assault, merely to HELP. That's VERY different.

You do of course realize that anybody from another religion see yours as the "false religion" right? So as long as someone is performing a "procedure" to help somebody according to their religious beliefs it is ok even if the person they are "helping" does not believe as they do?

Nonsense friend, as Judge Blane said at the hearing; Zeke was acting in self defense after the Goth scum had repeatedly threatened Zeke with bodily harm and the charges dropped.

As it has been pointed out this incident between Zeke and this sub human goth scum is at worst a misdemeanor under Iowa State law. For Pastor Zeke to be held in jail without bail is quite exceptional (and I should know after the seven counts of assault I have been charged with in my service to Jesus) If anything Pastor Zeke wealth and success was a detriment to him since the Polk County DA wanted to search Zeke's home in Freehold for evidence of Zeke being involved in a kidnapping. Talk about legal fishing expeditions.

Of course the judge threw it out. It was simple justice since John Sarcone, DEMONcrat scum he is, has sworn to see Pastor Zeke behind bars after Zeke rebuked Sarcone's wife for being a harlot on State cable TV. If Judge Blane hadn't thrown the case out Sarcone would have been turned Blane's court into a circus with Sarcone's outrageous claims Zeke is kidnapping girls in Chicago, murdering hookers in Costa Rica and runs a bear smuggling ring.

So now that we've won, are we going to be closing this thread of Reverend Osborne's that's soliciting donations for Zeke's release?

No one in that thread has quite answered my question as to why we were raising funds for Pastor Ezekiel's defense in the first place, when we put so much money away last year, earmarked for a potential event like this.

It's confusing. I don't mean this as a criticism, I'm just trying to keep my books straight as far as donations go.

So are you stating now that it is ok for somebody of a different religion to start beating you with their Holy book just because they think it is right? Because I assume it will be a cold day in Hell before you admit something like that. I assume you are giving yourself the right but nobody else because you believe that you are right and everybody else is wrong. JUST LIKE EVERYBODY THAT HAS BELIEVES RELIGION DOES.
