Countless doubters were punished in the Bible (KJV) whenever God called upon his children to make a sacrifice. He is angered when you deny him and He always takes much more than he originally asked of you. Ergo, he may take much more than your testes if you do not give them freely to Him. Perhaps you will lose you sight or your other senses, Perhaps you will lose you ability to walk and possibly much worse. The Pharaoh comes to mind:

We can't say, friend, only God knows. But don't be too sad! Remember, Paul never married either, and look what he accomplished! Maybe God wants you to suffer for the preaching of the cross as well, while converting filthy heathens!
