We aren't talking about beating or damaging women.

This is mild to moderate disipline. No one is getting hurt.
Sure, it may sting a little and leave a bruise but it's not broken bones or internal bleeding. I certaining don't hurt my wife the way you talk like I do, , I barely even pat her! She is so small and dipsy and thick! I don't know how she ran a buisness before we became Christian.

However, if a man sees it fit and the woman deserves it I don't see any reason why she should not feel a bit of correction. I may not leave bruises (on my wife at least) but if another man wants to then why not?

It makes me sad to read this, it is the same behavior a child exhibits when it gets abused .. If you asked a child what was worst:
1: that mother beat the child or
2: that mother ignores the child

The child would answer: that mother ignores me, because when mom beats me, she shows that she likes me, she takes the time to myself, if only to beat me.

That is a smart child!

I am not a Baptist, I am a Catholic. However, I found Brother Christianson's and Pastor Ezekiel's words and call to all real men to be refreshing and true to The Word. I too believe in domestic discipline and would never stand for the treatment and/or actions of most of these so called liberated women of today! These women are truly lost and wandering in the dark. I believe that most of them are secretly searching for someone that will take control of his home and family then guide and train them as well. All you have to do is look and see how they have let themselves become unfit, become completely unattractive and dress like men instead of like the fine feminine creatures they were meant to be by birth. These women either have no men in their lives or the ones they are with are momma's boys from broken or convoluted homes where no strong man lived to influence them as they were growing up. My house is a controlled and disciplined house and NEVER have I been embarrassed by what guests saw or how they were treated when they entered my home. Amen Brothers keep the faith alive!

Even though you aren't a True Christian ™ I must admit that you have at least gotten a few things right in your post. If you would only renounce your Mary-worshiping, blood-drinking, child-buggering ways you'd be on the right road to salvation.

Truly, look at what happens to women who have taken too much worldly responsibility away from men. Not only does the pressure drive them crazy (Hellary Clinton, Etc.), but their looks go away - much like Eve's did after she seduced Adam into eating that damned apple. If you see a beautiful CEO or head of state, you're seeing a woman who is controlled behind the scenes by men - a puppet if you will.

The verse you quoted says that when we have been baptised and accepted Jesus as our savior then we are all one in Jesus Christ. It says nothing about being created equally.
