Director of European Evangelical Outreach A Shining Example of Christ's Love Quite possibly the only decent, heterosexual human being in the whole of Europe
You sit there and you thump your Bible, and you say your prayers, and it didn't get you anywhere! Talk about your Psalms, talk about John 3:16... Austin 3:16 says I just fapped your ass!
Yeah, but then again you drive a Clio.
Psalm 81:10: I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt:
open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
I apologize, I was not aware that this forum was a divine revelation of fundamentalism. I was concerned for a moment that perhaps you were all serious.
We are serious. Very serious. Trying to live by Gods rules and follow His Holy Bible to the letter is no laughing matter. Especially in this day and age.
To most "Christians" The Bible is like a license agreement. They just scroll to the bottom and click "I agree". All those "Christians" will burn in Hell! James 2:10 "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."
And yes, to the rest of you, I realize that you believe that the Bible is a literal translation of the will of God. I respect your beliefs full-heartedly. To live with truly Christian values is a difficult thing to do in the world we live in today, and is most certainly laudable. I choose to live by the spirit and not the letter of the Bible - for example, I believe that one should not cheat on their wives, but I do not believe that man has the authority to judge adulterers by stoning them to death.
Is it not a Christian value to accept others for all their faults?
First of all when Sister Palin and Brother Huckabee take their rightful place as heads of this nation. The laws of man will be replaced by the laws of God. The pesky Constitution will be replaced by the Bible and we then will be able to stone an adulterer as told to us by the Bible.
Show me the scripture to back this statement up

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you? If you had an incurable fault, would you prefer that your neighbours accepted you for it, or that you were ostracized and exiled for it?

I would prefer them to fix it. And there is no limit to what can be achieved by praying for it. Nothing is impossible for God. Matthew 6:6 "But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly."

So how does that fit with the sentence "The small child had to wind up the toy car before it would drive?"
All I'm saying is that the definition of a word depends entirely on its context. In the context of Sarah Palin on an off-colour web forum, fap's definition is sexual.
Oh and just to let you know, you are all going to hell. You can say you're following God's word all you want when in reality he is laughing at all of you. Even God doesn't judge as much as all of you do. Is that what Jesus did when he graced this Earth?

Really? Jesus is judging? So you're saying that he walked this Earth and took vengeance upon sinners? Last time I checked in the Bible he was on this Earth to HEAL sinners. Isn't that why he died for all of us? To forgive us of all our sins?

Son, you really need to stop touching yourself and read the Bible. You are a typical twit, someone who has read bits and pieces of the Bible, not the entire book. Jesus did die for some of us and our sins. He is also judging us for those worthy of Him. Those unworthy, He smites and send to Hell, which by the appearances of your posts, is where you are going.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it? Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
