    Forty virgins - can YOU handle it?

    During lapses in court proceedings, my mind often wanders to Godly things. I like to think of what awaits me in the hereafter.

    And then, wouldn’t you know it, considering the news of late, I get to thinking about the “rewards” that await those mudslime suicide bombers, and that business about the “forty virgins” they are told await them.

    I like to think of myself as a Red-Blooded American Male™ but I’m not sure I could handle forty virgins all shoved in front of me and being told: “Have at it, guy.”

    So I took to the Good Book® and checked out how our Biblical Forefathers handled that dilemma. And, you know what, virgins are talked about, but not in that quantity!

    For example:


    · Exodus 22:17
    If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.
    No mention of forty here.
    · 2 Samuel 13:18

    And she had a garment of divers colours upon her: for with such robes were the king's daughters that were virgins apparelled. Then his servant brought her out, and bolted the door after her.
    No mention of forty here.

    · Esther 2:2
    Then said the king's servants that ministered unto him, Let there be fair young virgins sought for the king.
    No mention of forty here.



    So, it is my opinion that the specific number of forty virgins is not mentioned in the Godly KJV1611®, therefore it’s nothing more than a heathen, ungodly mooslim thing and considering my advanced age, I’m relieved.

    "But Mr. Winner, if GOD loves everyone then why is there so much suffering in the world?"

    Because GOD doesn't love everyone. Too many people have this absurd idea in their heads that GOD is all loving.
    If he was all loving, then murderers, thieves and homosexuals would be waiting for you in Heaven.

    GOD doesn't open his gate to just anyone. Being a True Christian™ is like a Queue Jump ticket at Disney, we are guaranteed a ride with JESUS.

      I don't believe the Bible sets any definitive restriction to how many virgins we may collect, only not to exaggerate it:

      Deuteronomy 17:15-17:
      Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.       But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way.
      Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.

      Just like a king is not allowed to multiply his other possessions like horses and gold, he is not allowed to multiply wives. Of course, seeing that Solomon had 1,000 women, it is not a very severe restriction, so maybe 40 are allowed as well. I can refer to this example as a legal way of obtaining new virgins:

      Deuteronomy 21:11-14:
      When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,
      And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;
      Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house, and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
      And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.
      And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

      If we make captives, we are allowed to keep the women for ourselves, and no clear upper limit is given. So I think it really comes down to your personal preference. If you think you can't handle 40 virgins, try 10 first!

            As a point of interest I went to the Banned Books section of Landover Christian Library where we have a copy of the koran bound in pig skin. Other books are available and from 2 I found that the number of virgins is 72! To save me copying it all out, there is THIS

            "The specific Hadith in which the number of virgins is specified is Hadith Al-Tirmidhi in the Book of Sunah (volume IV, chapters on The Features of Paradise as described by the Messenger of Allah, chapter 21, About the Smallest Reward for the People of Paradise. The same hadith is also quoted by Ibn Kathir in his Quranic commentary (Tafsir) of Surah Al-Rahman:


            "The Prophet Muhammad was heard saying: 'The smallest reward for the people of paradise is an abode where there are 80,000 servants and 72 wives, over which stands a dome decorated with pearls, aquamarine, and ruby, as wide as the distance from Al-Jabiyah [a Damascus suburb] to Sana'a [Yemen]."


            The koran describes them and their delusion of heaven:


            (QURAN 37:40-4 : "In the Gardens of Paradise, Facing one another on thrones, Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine; White, delicious to the drinkers, Neither they will have any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, or sin, nor will they suffer intoxication from it. And with them will be chaste females, restraining their glances, with wide and beautiful eyes."
            (QURAN 44:51-55): "Verily! The righteous will be in Paradise. Among Gardens and Springs; Dressed in fine silk and also in thick silk, facing each other, and We shall marry them to Houris with wide, lovely eyes."
            (QURAN 52: 17-20): "Verily, for those who fear Allah there will be Gardens in Paradise, filled with Delight. Enjoying in that which their Lord has bestowed on them, and the fact that their Lord saved them from the torment of the blazing Fire. The Lord will say: ‘Eat and drink with happiness because of what you used to do’. They will recline with ease on thrones arranged in ranks. And We shall marry them to Houris with wide lovely eyes."
            (QURAN 55:54-59): "Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Wherein will be those houris, restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse before. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? In beauty they are like rubies and coral. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny?"
            (QURAN 55:70-77): "Therein gardens will be fair wives good and beautiful; Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Houris restrained in pavilions; Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Whom no man has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse before. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny? Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you deny?"
            (QURAN 56:37-40): "...We created the houris and made them virgins, loving companions for those on the right hand…."
            (QURAN 78:31-34): "As for the righteous, they shall surely triumph. Theirs shall be gardens and vineyards, and high-bosomed virgins for companions: a truly overflowing cup."


            But who would want to find themselves in the morning next to a sandnigra?


            However, all is not well in their "paradise"


            Homosexuality was and is widely practised in Islamic countries. To please the homosexuals among his followers he promised them pre-pubescent boys in Paradise. So after committing plunder, loot, rape and murder in this life, the followers of Islam get "rewarded" by untouched virginal youths who are fresh like pearls.
            (QURAN 52:24): "And there will go round boy-servants of theirs, to serve them as if they were preserved pearls."
            (QURAN 56:17): "They will be served by immortal boys."
            (QURAN 76:19): "And round about them will (serve) boys of everlasting youth. If you see them, you would think them scattered pearls."
            It is common in Arabic poetry to glorify homosexuality, take their famous poet Abu Nuwas:
            O the joy of sodomy!
            So now be sodomites, you Arabs.
            Turn not away from it--
            therein is wondrous pleasure.
            Take some coy lad with kiss-curls
            twisting on his temple
            and ride as he stands like some gazelle
            standing to her mate.
            A lad whom all can see girt with sword
            and belt not like your whore who has
            to go veiled.
            Make for smooth-faced boys and do your
            very best to mount them, for women are
            the mounts of the devils

            Islam is obviously of Satan. Even the most virile Christian does not want to be doing "it" whilst young boys are being raped next to him...
