It's hard to beat a wholesome, hearty breakfast on a Saturday morning with some fellow Godly brothers in Christ. Well, we didn't feel that way long, after all we had to cook and clean up after ourselves while our wives got to comfortably sleep in.

Our group of fourteen attempted dining at the local eatery. It quickly became apparent that our presence was unwanted Sliding three tables together in the back room, with two additional tables for our Bibles and study notes was not a good reason to shun us by "accidentaly" spilling coffee over everything,Bibles included. Tipping was out of the question- after all we were willing to share Jesus with them had they asked. And the gift of eternal life by far exceeds the mere $50 tip they expected but never received and never will.

God in his loving kindness reached down and revealed to our group the solution-incorporate our women, essentially turning them into workhorses. Now, by the time we arrive for breakfast, the women have already rolled out of bed and have it cooked and sitting at the table. Upon finishing breakfast, studying the Bible and praying, the women were dutifully cleaning up our mess. So far the women have obediently obliged, although last week we did hear some grumblings coming from the kitchen that need to be addressed...

Indeed they do brother. It is very important to make clear to those women they are to be silent (1st Timothy 2:11-12) and serve their husbands (Genesis 3:16, Ephesians 5:22-24). It can not be overstated that God's laws are absolute (Psalm 102:25-27) and leave zero room for interpretation (Deuteronomy 4:2, Revelation 22:18-19, Psalm 12:6-7).

And tipping a women is always a bad idea. Most women who get tips become prostitutes.

May I suggest, Brother, that once the ladies have served the gentlemen, you allow them to eat in the kitchen? Making them wait until after your Bible study and prayer circle are complete could well be part of the problem. Low blood sugar may make them cranky.

Wise suggestions,

I suppose we could muster the gals up a bite to eat, if in doing so glorified God. Serving the fourteen of us our "Mens Breakfast" requires several women dicing veggies n ham, sharp knives n low blood sugar not a good mix.

Our women eating their provisions in the kitchen could potentially minimize distractions, no mindless chit-chat, incessantly yammering on leading to the disturbance of the weekly Mens Breakfast. Like I said before, it's hard to beat Godly brotherly fellowship with some tender vittles and having the soul nourished from the sustenance of the Bible.

As far as addressing the grumblings that went down behind our backs last week, I'm sad to say they've still yet to be handled Us men feel strongly in our guts that it's best to put off addressing them until first thing in the morning when they arrive to cook at the next Mens Breakfast....

As far as addressing the grumblings that went down behind our backs last week, I'm sad to say they've still yet to be handled Us men feel strongly in our guts that it's best to put off addressing them until first thing in the morning when they arrive to cook at the next Mens Breakfast....

Maybe you should tell them to bring an extra box of donuts, and make extra food for your "special guests" . . . then surprise them after they've served you by telling them that THEY are the special guests, and they can eat in the kitchen!

Wouldn't that be a great surprise for them?

A box of stale donuts, in an effort to instill discipline, is a great temporary solution. As far as it being a long term solution, I'm still seeking Gods direction.

I strongly forbid my woman to partake in any activity that may be of detriment to my precious Godly seed finding purchase in her soil, which is tainted by the foul smell of Eves sin....After all, she need remain fruitful to ensure successful multiplication, thusly bringing forth soldiers for sweet Jesus.

I'm thinking that apple fritter donuts and apple cider could be turned into an object lesson for them, tying in Eves eating of the apple. Maybe a carameled apple to start off with, thus conveying how Satan glosses up sin.

My bad, Genesis 3:6 specifically says fruit, not apple. Childrens books and Hollywood movies have done a pretty good job deceiving the masses and I by portraying an apple. This is a good example of how cunning the enemy is even in the beginning of Genesis. The enemy gets great pleasure by robbing us of the truth.This newfound enlightenment leads me to wonder in what other areas of my life I have been deceived.

Here are two scriptures that were brought to mind that I feel are applicable...

2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

and...

Acts 17:11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Just goes to show that one can never read the Bible too many times and how it is unwise to lean on thine own understanding or the worlds polluted view of spiritual matters.

Eve was wicked through and through. God had quite clearly told her that to eat of the fruit would kill her. And yet she believed the serpent. God was only kidding about the death thing, of course, but she should have trusted God way more than the snake who lied to her that the fruit wouldn't kill her like God said. OK, and the fruit didn't kill her but she was still deceived.

1 Timothy 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

This is why we need to read the whole Bible. Any idea that Eve was blameless for believing the serpent seeing as she was clueless about good and evil is blown away by this verse. We are in no doubt of the wickedness of Eve as she acted solely on the evidence instead of obeying God without question.

Women are filthy disobedient creatures. If not totally supervised they will follow Eve every time and sneak off behind your back acting on their intuition and confusing it with thoughts. Poor Adam didn't stand a chance, but we have been warned!
