The first suspect is described as white, between 30 and 36 years of age, about five-foot-four, 190-200 lbs., with short blond hair and a tattoo of wings on the back of her neck. The woman, who was the driver of the vehicle, also spoke with a British accent.
The second suspect is described as white, between 30 and 36 years of age, about five-foot-four, 190-200 lbs., with long dark hair, the bottom portion of which was dyed red.
The description for the other two suspects is less clear with both described as white, between 30 and 36 years of age, about five-foot-four and weighing between 190-200 lbs.,

How dare you say he was asking for it! He merely got in the car on the way out of a club and took a ride with four fat girls.

This is sickening, 200 lbs at 5'4" is grossly fat. The optimal weight for a woman on that height is 110 lbs (light enough to be carried upstairs).
In rape, obesity should be an aggravating factor. A fair punishment would be (normal jail time for rape) * (200/110). Assuming the base jail time is six years, the formula yields approx eleven years instead.

This is by no means as uncommon as you might think! A few years back, I attended a Bible Study Retreat in Ottawa. One Tuesday morning, I went to a nearby supermarket where my car was surrounded by 4 girls all naked from the waist up! Three proceeded to wash my car and distracted me whilst the other one climbed in and attempted to clean up around my driving seat. When they were done, and I had recovered my breath and a little energy, I discovered my wallet had gone!

I reported to matter to the Retreat leader who followed me the next day in his car to the same supermarket (where you can by cheap wallets for $1CDN) The same thing happened! We simply could not believe that this sort of thing could go unnoticed.

The day after the whole course went down; we all bought wallets and went one at a time to the supermarket, with the same results.

Why isn't anyone doing anything about this?

We should have a law forbidding wives to leave their houses without their husbands. And women without husbands should not be allowed to leave theur house at all. That way women are always accompanied by their husbands preventing them from wasting money, wrecking cars or raping 19 year old boys.
