Are you suggesting Jesus has a sexual preference for you? It is said God is omnipresent, not his son. Suggesting such favouritism could be taken in a sexual manner which may be ill conceived considering your previous comments, I would suggest if you are going to be overly sensitive when reading a commandment posted by a fellow Christian you should perhaps be more careful making ambiguous comments. I am sure our friend meant we should take it at face value to "Love thy neighbour".

Proverbs 25:17 Withdraw thy foot from thy neighbour's house; lest he be weary of thee, and so hate thee.

Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

You have made an assertion. Assertions require evidence. You have provided no evidence.

We are True Christians(tm), not Catholics. We require evidence to believe things that people assert.

You have asserted:

Every Catholic you know, knows at least 10, if not 20 Catholic priests;

AND

Of each list of ten-or-more priests with whom each Catholic you know is acquainted, at least 10 have NOT had inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.

I find the first assertion hard enough to believe without evidence, that every Catholic you know, knows at least 10 Catholic priests.

Please provide evidence to back up your assertions. Your "I said so" isn't evidence. Testimonials from every Catholic you know, and the lists of priests that they know, plus the individual Catholics' contact information so the Department of Faith can contact them to confirm that their information is genuine, would be a good place to start.

The Department of Faith can then run a Lexis/Nexis search on the priests and see if they have any convictions for kiddie-diddling, and perhaps some surveillance to determine whether they are currently engaged in any molestation of young folks.
