We're not here to debate what you think is right or wrong or pleasurable. The Bible is God's word and forbids it several times. If you disagree with God take it up with him not us.

Thats not quite what I meant. The killing of babies is bad based not only on the Bible, but also on the harm done to an unwilling party. What I'm asking is if two consenting adults partake in sodomy in private, who are they hurting or how are they hurting anyone other than themselves?

They are hurting our Lord! His book, the Bible, forbids those sinful acts and tells us that those participating in those acts must be stoned.

You've all made some excellent points. I would like to respond to a few if I may.

1 in regards to deliverance, wasn't that a case of rape? Which is painful due to one participant being unwilling? I'm now willing to admit it's a sin, but it's not painful if both participants are willing.

2 As for Do you pick your nose, pop you zits and relish the pew of your own flatulence? I've only found it necessary to pick my nose, and those times I had been working out in the fields with my animals and had hey fever. 3 As for the murdering babies and sodomy correlation, I would like to see the train of thought, I don't quite get it. Although I guess one could say they could be pleasurable activities. I don't like murdering babies. But wouldn't that be a pleasure of the mind, while sodomy is a pleasure/sin of the flesh?

I imagine there are.

If we had no possibility of temptation, then sin would not exist as we would have no possibility of disobeying God. Where then would be free will, and the ability to choose obedience or unending torment?
