    Canada says Gay is "OK?!"

    I just heard that Canadains support gay marriage? Does the UN allow this type of thing to happen? What do the children there do if their parent's are sick like that? This is all so confusing. My son is getting older and wants to invite other boys in the house. We got into a fight and I disciplined him with the cross we use as a paddle. Is this wrong?

    What could possibly be wrong with that, eh? Maybe someone should also try to explain to you the more "difficult" subject of why your family should stop using the Bible as toilet paper

      Usually if a teenage boy wants friends over they will spend the night discussing women, only if your son has previously displayed homo-tendencies should you be worried.

      I must say, I am highly disappointed in Canada, he is obviously wrong in legalizing gay marriage and for a person trying to overcome her attraction to females the fact countries are making this type of behavior legal horrifies me

            Welcome to God's Favorite Forum®, Peter. Unfortunately, Canada is a Godless nation with all sorts of unbiblical rules, including gay "marriage," universal healthcare, and high income taxes.

            Certainly, you are right to beat your son for disobedience:

            For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? Hebrews 12:6-7

            However, to fully answer your question, I'd like to know more about how you're using that cross. You're not tending toward Catholicism, are you? If so, you've got bigger problems than a disobedient son.

              Proverbs 13:24 "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

              Proverbs 23:13-14 "Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell."

                the bible says a lot of things, i see it as more of a guide, i agree with the word of god, but the bible is poorly written for the most part

                      Please tell us how you know what the Word of God is, if not by reading the Bible.
                      This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.
