    Arrested for assualting a homer

Ok so i was at the pub the other night and a guy started talking to me, we chatted for a while and had a few drinks, then after about an hour he leant over and tried to kiss me, i backed away and went outside, i was out there for about a minute when he came out, he kept trying to convince me to go back to his place, and i kept saying no.

Then i just got sick of him and snapped, i punched him in the side of the head he fell and hit his head on the ground knocking him out, naturally the cops were called and i was arrested.

So was it bad that used violence instead of trying to change his way's, bad that i would rather injure him then try to save him?.

I might advise caution in striking a diseased pariah homo pervert.

You might inadvertently touch his vile secretions, exudations, or pernicious spoor and contract the AIDS, or by now, something worse, like butt or dick cancer.

You can't be too careful dealing with what passes for unclean lepers these days.
Jud 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are unGodly among them of all their unGodly deeds which they have unGodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which unGodly sinners have spoken against him.

Re: Arrested for assualting a homer

Fortunately things like that have never happened to me. I guess I exude a manly glow of Jesus about myself. My dreamy deep blues eyes must warn those homers that I would never be interested in groping sweaty man sex with them.

It sounds like you have a good self defense claim, pal. I recommend lawyering up.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

it's not a gay bar, there are four bars in my town and none of them gay, in all reality if one was built it would be burnt to the ground, the town i live in is well very homephobic, everyone but the gay's hate the gay's, yet they keep turning up.

            You were in a bar.

            The bar contained a queer.

That sounds like a queer bar to me.

You should have stoned him to death:

"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." Lev. 20:13 - KJV

His intent was sodomy. God said it and we trust in Him.

                Yours in His name
Matthew 19:14 "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

It was self-defense plain and simple, no court could possibly rule otherwise.

You can't be too careful dealing with what passes for unclean lepers these days.

Aids is generally an STD, although it can be transmitted by bad blood transplants and sharing needles for intravenous drugs. You cannot get it from touching, hugging, talking to, looking at or (Gasp!) kissing an infected person. And cancer can only be obtained by either having unlucky genes or exposing yourself to a lot of smoke or radiation.
Come on. Can't you even try to learn anything?

God decides who Gets the AIDS. When really bad things happen (like you get eaten by wild beasts, get killed in war, get sick and die, etc.), then you'll know that it was God that did it to you.

Ezekiel 14:13 Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:

14:15 If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:

14:17 Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it:

14:19 Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:

14:21 For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?
                      Can't you ever learn anything?

Did you mean to say Hepatitis, by chance? I couldn't tell.
Anyway, Hepatitis is more common among gay men because they tend to refrain from wearing condoms, thinking, I guess, that since neither partner can get pregnant, there's no need.

As a person with a long, tangled history of court appearances and waking up in the drunk tank at the local jail, I would think that I know a thing or two about the law. This was clearly self-defense. In fact, it appears to me that Josh was simply defending himself from rape. It is quite obvious what the gay predator's actions were....kiss him, and if he resists, forcibly insert himself into one of Josh's orifices. Fortunately, Josh fought off the attacker using a pre-emptive strike.

Hell, that cop on here says its self-defense and since when are cops wrong about the law? It's their job to uphold the law, so they know it in and out. So you have people on both sides of the law telling that it is self-defense.
