    Introduction: Hannah

    Hello to all my brothers and sisters in Christ!

    I am just over the moon that I've found a community like this to glorify God. My name is Hannah Wakefield. I'm married to Johnathan Wakefield, and we have 4 kids: Tristan, Claire, Laurie and Liam.

    I live in Center Rutland, Vermont, and I go to Green Mountain Baptist Church.

    The Bible has so many beautiful and God-glorifying quotes that it's hard to choose just one. However, here are some of my top favourites:

    John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

    Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid?

    Matthew 7:3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?

    Exodus 22:18 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

      Welcome, Hannah. We are very happy that you have found this oasis in the midst of the sin that is rampant the world over. I note that you live far to the north in the land of ice and snow, where the Yankees are numerous and the righteous sparse. Do tell us of your life among the wretches of Vermont. How do you preserve your Christian virtue among such vile wretches as those?

          I won't lie, it's definitely not easy sometimes. But through constant prayer and meditation, I remember what is really important and how much Jesus loves me even through the snow. Also, God has blessed me with a vacation home in Florida. Which helps.

              Florida is a godless land as well. It is mostly old Jews and Cubans there now. Justin Bieber lives there. Surely, the End is nigh.

                  Don't forget the Haitians, probably the smelliest group of people you could ever run across. The fact that they speak french only serves to underscore that trait.



                  Hannah, welcome and thank you for posting a proper introduction. It is breathtaking how many people fail to do that one simple thing, even when told that the instructions are right at the top of the page. Small wonder that they also can't seem to follow Scripture even though it's the only Perfect Book ever written.

                      Greetings Hannah. I welcome you to this forum. Your location is listed as Canada but you say you are from Vermont. Is that a place in Canada? I thought it was a state here in Babylon. I am near Canada but I have not been there. I go to school in Wisconsin which is very near Canada. It is cold here and also cold in Canada.

                          Oops, that's a mistake! I grew up in Canada, however, I now live in Vermont. It's a nice place, contrary to some rumours. But I met my husband Johnathan while he was in university in Canada, and when we got engaged he decided we would move back to his hometown in Vermont.

                                      You can't be completely and totallydevoted to GOD, and then add 4 children and a husband to the list, dear. "Totally" and "Completely" mean only one.


                                      Are your children home-schooled?


                                      Also, Tristan, Claire, Laurie and Liam sound like effeminate names. Are you regretful that you have had only daughters?

                                                  It is, sister, but you are forgotting our latest prayer campaign. Vermont was for years least religious State, but since last year we started praying for the people of Vermont, immediately more people found Jesus and it's not anymore the most Jesus hating State in the US.

                                                      Yes, and we thank everyone who prayed for us! It was so hard being surrounded by heathens, but now we have found several God-fearing individuals and it's slowly becoming a better state.
