Hello everyone. I'm a new Christian. I'm 36 and I have the responsibility of leading my wife (24), 2 daughters (13 and 9) and son (7) into the light of Christ.

We attend Shiloh Baptist Church, and I have joined a fathers bible study group, that is fantastic. I'm learning a lot about the duties of a true Christian father.


Both my wife and I are white and were raised and attended the unChristian Roman Catholic Church, until I was reborn last year.


I look forward to your counsel and help in my journey.


My inspiration for my journey comes from the word of our Lord.

I hunt deer, and my latest tool is a Nosler M48 Patriot. It's a delight in the range and I hope to put it to use in the field soon!

As an ex Catholic myself, I can relate to the disgust at the stupid fake rituals they just made up out of nowhere. It's like they just wanted their own version of Jesus to pander to their hopes and fears and penchant for pagan ancestor worship. I mean what sort of vile scum just cherry picks bits and bobs from scripture to suit their own agenda and discards the rest?

Yes, and they add their own "truths" to the Bible, creating a blasphemous and distorted story of Christ and his teachings.

I can relate, friend. Once you realize they've lied to you through half-truths, lies by omission, misdirection, and outright fibs, that recognition of betrayal stings. Learning someone took your most intimate fears, hopes, dreams, and concerns, gave you promises they *knew* they could not keep, offered assurances in lieu of answers, and all the while entertained themselves on the traumatization and suffering of children, and you willingly, *joyfully* gave them money to fund this global operation, is like getting kicked in the teeth again and again every time you are reminded of how deeply they brainwashed you to support them socially and financially. I understand your anger and hatred. I share it. I find solace in knowing I am forgiven by Christ Jesus of all my sins, everything bad or cruel, whether through selfishness or misguided foolishness, and am impervious to sin now, and by sharing with people the Good News of the True Jesus Christ™ of the Holy Bible! Tell us, what do you do to share the good news that Jesus is alive today, and He is judging our every action, thought, and lack of thought in order to decide where we would best glorify Him: Heaven or Hell?

To be honest, I'm busy helping my wife and children through the transition from their Roman Catholic ways. We have Bible reading every night. The children have been reborn in Jesus but my wife is slowly coming across.

Welcome to this forum, Christian and welcome to the true light of Jesus Christ. I am very happy that you have escaped the clutches of the Roman priests and the sins of idol worship and God knows what else. I see that you reside in godless Washington, D.C., which is the stronghold of the Devil's people. I had believed that only welfare Negroes, Arab diplomats and Democrats lived in that evil city.
