Well, here are a couple of scenarios where all this would matter;

God hasn't done anything on Earth for almost the past 2000 years at least, could it be that he has lost his power?

Oh, Sister OutRider, this is so not true. You see, the LORD GOD changed my life in the twinkling of an eye. In an instant, I was reborn and a changed intelligent, handsome, young, well-built man. He allowed me to learn all about gnathology and gave me special love for the lesser races and the deviant sinners of the world. (Sometimes they are the same)


He daily hears and answers my every prayer. EVERY SINGLE ONE. When I am in need, I ask Him and He speaks to me in a still, small voice. He heals the sick, blesses us in ways that are sometimes unknown because of His Grace. So friend, think again.


Our soon coming King (Revelation 22:12) will be here before you know it. I pray you are ready to meet Him when He Gloriously Appears in the sky. Won't you bend a knee to Him now? He will accept you into His fold and you'll dine with us at the Marriage Supper of The Lamb one day.

I get my knowledge of the brain from Neuroscience. But please note how I did not say "This is how the brain works, so AIs can do this", I said "If this is indeed how brains work, AIs can do this.".

Only one problem with your reasoning: this is not how empathy works. Among humans, there are some very smart people who lack empathy. Some of these individuals become serial killers, other use their intelligence to mimic empathy and blend in with the rest of the society without going on killing sprees. They can never feel empathy, but they can fake it well enough.

Thinking of sociopaths/psychopaths, I hope you can finally begin to understand the difference between feeling empathy and mimicking it.

I think it is at this point that we cannot go any further; Mainly because we disagree on the existence of God.



I suppose we'll just have to wait. In 50 years, one of our predictions will come true - we can all agree on that. Either Jesus will come back, or AGI will be invented. Either way, the world as we know it will most likely be changed forever. We live in exciting times.

You got a gawfaw out me! 'Natural selection'? Every half intelligent person knows that God does the selecting! It has never been a mystery to me when some family full of sluts and blasphemers have a retard baby. I'd be more surprised when they have one that does not have an arm growing out of its' forehead or nose above its' anus.
Why if everythoing was random and chance, there'd be no consequences for any actions. That is just crazy talk!

We do not claim artificial intelligence to arose by random chance. Scientists claim natural intelligence came to life this way. And scientists are no longer communist, now they are fascists (with one or two exceptions)


I have to support this Out Rider here. He is surely a boy of 14 years old, and his claims of being working in AI are obviously fake, but he has a point: there will be a time when rationality will have all the power. We communists support AI because if a machine can think rationally and with independence of any human, then it will conclude the best system to rule a society is Communism.


If you leave aside emotions, feelings, intuition, empathy and you can build a machine and fill it with dopamine, testosterone and adrenaline, well, there you have a machine that will build a communist paradise!

Damn, too many misconceptions and misinformation to clear up! Well, as I said, we'll see in 50 years.

Red Army, how did you figure me out so easily? I do work on AI in my spare time though, it's not that hard. Still figuring some of it out in terms of the code, but i get all the principles. I could send you a google drive link to download one I made recently, but you can download anything off that and I doubt you'd trust me.


While I'm still here, anyone feel like an argument about Free Will? I have a great argument against it that I haven't heard anyone give an adequate response to yet.
