Isn't the non-tourist trap part of Washington a ghetto shithole populated solely by colored folk with affirmative action "jobs" in the federal bureaucracy? Kind of like the old servant huts outside the big house on massa's plantation?

I guess my real questions are as follows: how dark is your skin, and how deep are you in the deep state? These are things we need to know in order to fellowship with you.
