I do not believe that you can prove that any True Christian(tm) has broken that commandment

It does not count as killing if the Lord orders it as it is obviously all part of His Plan - ALL Commands from God are to be obeyed without question. (The usual punishment for failure in this regard is Death)

As a point that will probably be too intellectual for you, I will mention that "Kill" meant "unlawful killing." If it didn't, then the lawful punishment of stoning to death would, itself be against God's Word - and that would be ridiculous.
