Hello. My name is John. I'm not married. I'm not homosexual, I live in America, I vote democrat, I've read the KJV Bible cover to cover, and I might as well be Atheist(I'm actually Agnostic).

Just figured I would come introduce myself. If anyone has any questions for me I would be happy to answer.

I first realized that I was Agnostic about two years ago.

I take it that, as head of the family, you are insisting that your wife and off-spring adopt your ways and are to accompany you to the Gates of Hell and beyond?

As I said before I'm not married, but when I do get married I do not insist that my wife, or off-spring, adopt my beliefs in any way.

To me, science seems to be a more believable story. It's that simple. However, I do have an open mind. Which is why I'm here.

No, I don't believe that the origin of humans has changed at all. I still believe that evolution is the root of mans being. However, just as Agnosticism states, I still believe that there is a God or Deity out there. I just believe that its story is unknown or maybe even unknowable.

I thought agnosticism states that it is unknowable whether God exists, not what the nature of God is. Are you perhaps confusing it with Deism?

Anyway, it makes no difference because all of these terms are codewords for atheism, which is a codeword for God-hating liberal scum.

Yes, you are correct. Agnosticism can also mean that. It has multiple meanings. I just happen to be one of those that believes there is a God/Deity but believes that its purpose/story/nature is unknown or unknowable.
