Well, I'm muslim, so I don't really have a favorite scripture in the bible. However, I do have a favorite Qur'an scripture. It's actually the first Surat!

"In the name of god, the compassionate source of all mercy. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; the compassionate source of all mercy and the master of the Day of judgement. You alone do we serve and to you alone do we turn for help. Guide us in the straight way. The way of those who You are pleased with, not the way of those who You're angry at, and not the way of those who've gone astray."

But I'm sure there's a similiar scripture in the Bible, as they both are from the same god.

How did you find Jesus.

Well, I was born a Catholic, and I had trouble finding the true teachings of prophet jesus (pbuh). Then after searching, i found Islam which preached what jesus' true teachings were. In fact, i'm surprised that islam and christianity are extremely similiar, except that Islam recognizes that individuals, even muslims, can accidentally stray from the 'path' to true moral acceptance.

I don't hunt.

I don't really have a favorite animal. All my animals are favorites

I believe you mean Allah swt. Allah (which is also al-lah) means "The God" in arabic. Muslims believe and follow God, and muslims believe that prophet jesus (pbuh) is the messiah. We believe just as Christians believe, except that Jesus isn't god, but a prophet.

And we don't follow John, because we don't believe that Jesus IS god. But he is a very important figure.

Benjamin, a friend of mine told me that muselims believe in a round earth instead of a flat.
