OH my I can see how the production of port wine and dried cod fish will lead Portugal into being a juggernaut of financial greatness.

I'm guess you colonial hasbeens got few charity computers in schools and librarys for public use. I can't understand why, but Spanish are nice to keep you at the corner of "high tech". Maybe they feel embarassed for you by watching your suffering.

How many people live in Portugal ? How many live in the US of A ? Naturally we should have more homeless. But if we shipped the Nigra's and Messicants back to their home lands we would have zero homeless people. Don't be so silly.

Listen, no one could care less about the opinions of a country that was under a dictatorship until 1974. For crying out loud, Mexico has a GDP 4 times the size of yours.

Not answering the question about your homeless people eh? Ofcourse, what does the selfish Ameriderpian care about their poor fellow-countrymen, nothing because he's so fat and mal-educated he is too lazy to spare a single dollar.

Also, anno 2011 Portugal fares pretty well nowadays. If we weren't, we wouldn't be in the EU the first place. But ofcourse you republican baptwits don't know a thing or two about Europa.

PS. You are the Colonial, shut your upstart mouth until you got at least a competent national soccer team.

What about our homeless? Last I checked, at least, we don't throw our homeless into fountains in a fit of drugged up soccer hooligan rage.

Of course not. We only had to save Europe from destroying itself twice. It's a wonder we ever found the place being as stupid as we are.

Nah, we don't feel the need to dominate yet another sport in the world. We'll leave soccer up to the poor countries like Portugal where all you need is a ball and a dirt lot.

Brother Sampson, if the european savages don't have a ball (more often than one would think) they use a human head.

Still not as tough as real American football.

Trust me, if EU would not be so stragled in it's own ridiculous bureacrasy, they would kick you in a heart beat.

But of course you are Portugeese, so I can't really blame you for not knowing what happens in your own country. http://www.redbrickpaper.co.uk/2011/...m-of-portugal/

First WW you guys showed up too late to be of any major importance yet. During the second WW it was the Soviets who won the war in Europe. By the time the Americans landed in Normandy, the Allies were already winning the war.
Also it were the Brits who kicked the Gemans out of North-Africa, not the Americans and their Kasserine pass.

Of course not. I suppose that's why our homeless people are fat, because we don't spend a dime on them.

Our presence led to Germany's surrender. The Krauts were putting it to the Frogs and Brits after Russia was knocked out of the war.

You really think the Russians would have stopped at Berlin if we hadn't shown up? What about the U.S. bankrolling western Europe to rebuild after the war with the Marshall plan?

The Americans took Sicily and Italy. It's too bad for you we didn't take Spain and Portugal, so you had to live under a totalitarian regime until the mid 1970's. Sorry about that.
