    Good Evening

    I am Cooper King.

    My grandson told me of your community, for I have been lonely among sinners. Where I live, Bertram Iowa, we have many Jehova's Witnesses. I no longer answer the door, for fear of eternal damnation. I once attended Valley View Baptist near Bertram, but the Lord has stricken me with illness, which surely must be punishment for past misdeeds for as a youth I was a democrat and fornicator. I wish to join you in prayer as friends, and I await my forgiveness from our Lord and Savior. Remember what is written in 2 Corinthians 1:2.

    Greetings to you.

    I'm curious; what feelings for hopeless sinners does "Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ," stir in you? Does it harden your heart that they turn away from the love of Christ or fill you with sorrow that they wilfully spit in the face of Jesus?

    I read on through that excellent chapter and am further moved by this verse which exhorts us to not twist scripture. It is an excellent book.

    2 Corinthians 2:17 17 For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

      I thank you for reply.

      My heart is gladdened that another Papist has found the true light of God. My barber before expiring repented and joined the true faith, long before I was stricken with illness.

      I am disgusted that there are those who so evilly twist the word of God. The other "denominations", which they call themselves, are herding countless innocents towards the fiery gates of hell. Those who intentionally use the scripture to "cherry pick" the verses to better suit them are only awaiting the crippling venom of the devil. I have no sorrow for those who lead, only for those who are led without the true knowledge of the Lord.
