"That is thy neighbour's".. Anything that belongs to your neighbor like his wife.

See this parable of Jesus'.

The woman being property is not the point of the story, but Jesus clearly acknowledges that part of the man's property is his wife. The man has been forced to sell her and his children to pay a debt.

Matthew 18:25 But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.

If seems to me that if Jesus had any problem with that arrangement, it would be the time to speak out against wife selling.

Why are you asking us to make up what we think Jesus would or would not do? There are no specific accounts of Jesus having done such things but it can't have escaped your notice that Jeus had no wife or children.

Jesus commands us to follow God's laws repeatedly. In the Bible. Maybe not in your head, but that's not the issue because the false God Satan has you believing in that you have made up will always agree with you because you made Him up.

Luke 12:47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

We know that Jesus would have beaten slaves and since He said that we should not change the law by one jot or little he would definately have beaten his children if He had any.
