Suppose the first thing I should state is I am an atheist looking for intellectual discussion against believers. Hopefully, no one gets too upset about my belief (or lack thereof).

Well, I suppose there will be not much sense replying to you then. This is one of the most terrible introductions I ever saw on this forum:

It clearly states:
Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

And you announce that you are a Christ-mocking, anal-raping, evilusionist atheist....

It's very sad you want to burn in Hell but seeing as you are too closed minded to believe in Jesus who died temporarily so you could be saved I guess it would be futile to get upset about it.

You only need to lurk to find out all about the joys of loving Jesus. For example, did you know He loves you so much He will burn you forever if you don't believe in Him. That's a really committed incentive to turn from sin. It certainly works for me.

Yes, I saw what it says, but how exactly does an atheist answer those questions, eh? I am none of those things. I do respect Christianity, and no, I am not evil.

Friend, people like you come here all the time claiming to be an 'atheist'. The first questioj you need to ask yourself is:
Why did you come to a Christian site to reafirm your beleifs?
The second question you need to ask yourself is:
Why do I need to prove to myself?

You see friend, God sees you utter lack of commital and therefore He has hope you can still be Saved(c). So Jesus guided your hand to us.

God (in His infinite Wisdom) has us do mundane tasks for Him, such as convert the gaywise to be clean living men. He also has us help confused men like you.

How exactly is there evidence for a deity? You *do* know there is scientific explanations for the universe's existence? [The Big Bang theory (to explain how the universe was caused) and abiogenesis (to explain how life was created)].

The scientist in me will gladly explain them, if so requested.
