We live in the best country in the world. Even though we seem to have overly strict laws regarding pets, these laws thankfully do not extend to livestock/farm animals. In fact, it is illegal to videotape so-called "animal cruelty" on Godly American farms.

Who says anything about punishing? We just use the animals as God told us to, and God will discard the entire earth - animals included - when the time comes.
