    Canadian

    Hi everyone,

I'm a Canadian man of 20, and thoroughly believe in god and the teachings of Jesus! I like to think of myself as a liberal minded thinker, but also believe we can incorporate god into new issues, and apply his teachings to make solutions.

    Welcome, dear!

I see you are not the sharpest knife in the drawer, since you did not answer the questions:

Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

Friend, saying you believe God can be incorporated into anything is like saying length can be incorporated into area. God is fundamental to everything in the universe.

Liberal thinking is very dangerous. It is one of the many wiles of the devil to lead us astray from the conservative Word of God.

Ephesians 6:11 (1611 King James Bible)

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the deuill.
Without all of God's powerful Word, we are defenseless prey to the devil.

Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

I'm at a loss where to start, since so many things have made me melancholy about your post. Perhaps it is best to begin with offering you my deepest sympathies for having parents so cold and heartless as to live in a place like Canada. Have you considered traveling south a few miles to rid yourself of third-world influences? I am concerned, sweetheart, since one so young is easily swayed into things like cannibalism, which is the provincial pastime of Manitoba. You've already displayed evidence of brainwashing since you used the term liberal without any sense of disgust for the term. I would also ask you to capitalize GOD when you speak of Him. Jesus has the ability to wash you clean of your liberal ways, but He would probably prefer meeting you in one of the Godly states as opposed to the sinful nation where you now find yourself. Perhaps you can apply for asylum? Remain in prayer, dear. We will certainly be praying for you.

          Welcome friend.

All of LBC is open minded too. In the KJV there are many, many verse and we follow all of them, not just a narrow minded few like a lot of fluffy bunny, feel good, false Christian places.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Welcome, waster, and commiserations on the Canadian thing.

I prefer to think of myself as a who follows the word of the KJV without unnecessary thinking, lieberal or otherwise. Because if had wanted us to think about His Word, he would not have made it so clear.

I am interested, though, in your idea that there are "new issues". Would you like to expand on this?

This statement is nonsensical for two reasons:

              1) There are no new issues. Mankind has been facing the same old issues since Creation.

Eccl 1:9-10 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.

              2) God never changes.

Mal 3:6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

So if the issues we face never change and God never changes, how can we "incorporate God into new issues"?
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

                Re: Canadian

                Welcome to you then, Brother.

We have met several Christians who hail from the godless lands of the English, including England itself as well as Australia and New Zealand. I cannot recall having ever met a Christian from Canada though, as it is a land of beer drinking savages who urinate such that the entire country is said to be yellow before each spring. We think of it as a giant fraternity house for people who couldn't get into college but wanted to partake in the sinful behavior that collegians involve themselves in anyway. It is good to know that the rumor which holds that all Canadians are Devil embracing drunks is not entirely true.

I am somewhat concerned that you consider yourself to be liberal minded. Most of the people in America who call themselves liberal minded are either communists or they want to have illicit sex with the colored girls. We catch them and try to beat the Devil out of them when we can, but they are often swift and difficult to catch. I hope you are just speaking Canadian and that liberal has a different meaning in the frozen north.

Tell us of your time with Jesus. Have you waxed rich yet? If you have, has the godless communist government of your country siezed your wealth? What congregation do you attend? What armaments do you rely on for protection against rampaging Canadians? Is your wife comely? How many sons do you have? We are interested in our fellow Christians and want to know about them, especially when they live among heathens outside the bounds of civilization.

                God Bless!
God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11
